The Pupil must inform the Instructor if they receive any endorsements on their licence during the period they are receiving tuition. You must notify your Instructor of any matters which affect your ability or entitlement to have driving tuition, for example, but not limited to, any lack, or loss, of a valid UK provisional or other driving licence.

2)  It is the responsibility of the Pupil to take both the paper and card parts of their provisional (or other) licence to the driving lesson(s) and/or test(s).

6) It is preferable to have passed your Theory Test before your course begins. We accept pupils who have not passed the Theory Test.

However if you continue lessons and you have not passed the theory test by the end of your scheduled lessons (and therefore unable to take the practical driving test) lessons will stop until you pass the theory test.

-Once you have passed the theory test we can resume your course with a new schedule of lessons and book a practical driving test.

-This new schedule of lessons/test will be made by mutual agreement. BUT please be aware that you may have to wait as I will be prebooked teaching other people

-If you start the course and the stop your lessons  because you have not passed your theory test your remaning hours will be credited for future lessons leading up to your test. You may be asked to add more hours to make you test standard.

7) All lessons must be used within 6 months of the date purchased. If you wish to proceed with your lessons after the 6 month period you may be required to pay additional money due a price increase.

8)  A lesson is a minimum of 2 hours duration. If for any reason, outside the control of the Instructor, the Instructor cannot give the full lesson time (2 hours or otherwise) any lost time will be added to future lesson(s) by agreement between the Instructor and the Pupil.

9) In the event of a mechanical breakdown/fault or other difficulty outside the control of the Instructor, the Instructor reserves the right to rearrange/cancel the lesson(s) at short notice.

10) A minimum of notice of 24 hours (to the start time of the lesson) must be given by you, the Pupil, to the Instructor, via phone call or text message if you want to cancel your lesson/s. Failure to give notice within the 24 hours (to the start time of the lesson) may result in you being fully charged for the cancelled lesson(s).

11)  Lesson reminders are sent as a favour. It is the responsibility of the Pupil to remember all booked lesson dates and times. If the Pupil forgets the lesson date(s)/time(s) the Pupil may be fully charged.

12)  The Instructor reserves the right to withhold the use of his vehicle for a driving test.

13) Driving tests may only be arranged with the prior agreement between the Instructor and the Pupil.

-Any refund will be given to you within two  working days of the request date of refund and not before.

-Any refund request must be submitted to driveautomaticschool@gmail.com or the current mobile number of the instructor.

15)  The Instructor will accept no liability for accidents, injury or damage to any third party caused by the Pupil’s negligence or recklessness during a lesson.

20) As stated (5) full payment must be made before your course begins. You can pay in one lump sum, or you can pay in monthly installments. These installments will be arranged on an individual basis by mutual agreement. We cannot stress enough that the course must be paid in full before you start.
